We're asking to you to join Step Up to Breast Cancer to walk or run 58km throughout August to raise funds for vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
Because every death is one too many, and research is critical to better understand breast cancer and ultimatley save lives lost to this disease.

Leana had been inspired to take on Step Up after her own breast cancer diagnosis.
'I was diagnosed with Stage 3B breast cancer in 2024, and undertook 6 months of intense chemotherapy, double mastectomy and lymph node surgery, 16 rounds of radiation and will need to take hormone blockers for the next 5 years.
A moment to remember? When the surgeon advised me, I was clear of cancer. It had been removed with surgery. Pure relief like I have never felt before washed over me. I could now look at my kids and tell them mumma was ok. The cancer has gone.’
