Breast Cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia. Almost 20,000 Australians will be diagnosed in 2020. Breast cancer doesn’t stop, and neither will we.
That is why, this August we are asking you to Step Up to Breast Cancer.
We are challenging you to walk or run 10,000 steps a day throughout the month and raise vital funds that will help greater our understanding of the risk factors that contribute to breast cancer development. By taking part you will also be improving your overall health and wellbeing and helping to reduce your own personal risk of developing breast cancer.
In recent months we have all had to find new ways to stay fit and healthy. Step Up to Breast Cancer is a virtual fitness challenge that you can complete within the comfort of your home, your local park or on the beach, all whilst keeping your distance.
Be part of something special: Step Up to Breast Cancer with us this August and raise funds to help put an end to deaths from breast cancer.

"I am excited to be Stepping Up to the challenge this August of 10,000 steps a day. I am a big supporter of NBCF as my mum who was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer was involved in a clinical trial funded by NBCF, it’s amazing to know that the funds you have helped raise have gone directly to assist your own mum!"
