I decided to shave my hair because after two weeks of chemotherapy, my hair started falling down. Then I thought I could do something to raise funds for breast cancer research too.

For the last 9 years I have collected and sold uniforms through Australian Martial Arts Academy. The Masters wife had just passed away from complications due to breast cancer so it seemed like a good way to give back and help others.

Since NBCF's inception in 1994, the death rate from breast cancer in Australia has reduced by over 40% but it is still the most common cancer among females.
