Support my challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer!

Right now, 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Today I reached 12 km towards my Step Up for Breast Cancer fundraising goal. 💗👟

I'll be honest it's been a challenging few days. I've recently had a health flare-up and have been dealing with quite a bit of discomfort. Getting today's kilometres done took more determination than usual, and I really had to push through.

But as difficult as it felt, it's nothing compared to what I witness my patients endure every single day. I have the privilege of seeing firsthand the resilience, courage and determination they show throughout their breast cancer journey. Their strength, even on the hardest days, is what I hold onto when I need a little extra motivation.

Every step I take is for them. For the fighters, the survivors, those we've lost, and the families walking alongside them.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far, whether by donating, sharing my fundraiser, or cheering me on. Your encouragement means more than you know. Here's to the next kilometres and continuing to make a difference, one step at a time. 💕
