Right now, 57 Australians are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Thursday 1st Aug Day 1 of Step Up to Breast Cancer.I'm stepping up for my Mum, Gael, who passed away 7 years ago. She was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in April of 2016 and passed away in July 2017. We were told from the start that the prognosis for triple negative breast cancer isn't great. Five years they gave her initially. She got 15 months. This money will go towards Breast Cancer Research, and I hope it looks into better treatment options for people diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer.
First walk = 5km up the iconic Castle Hill in Townsville with a friend. Share
