Support my challenge to step up to breast cancer!
Right now, 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Monday 18th Aug Went out & did usual Esplanade run which is always scenic. Left my street to run through park to join Esplanade but the mud/squelching everywhere in park (not just low bits). So walked to Esp then commenced run hence slightly less kms. ShareTuesday Arvo
Wednesday 13th Aug Not feeling the mojo but out anyway a bit slower. Finally figured out how to pause Apple watch activity when I arrive home! ShareFriday Evening Run
Monday 11th Aug Heard the rain was coming again (!) so ventured out into the cold stiff southerly to repeat the route albeit slower with a chase with Gotto the skateboarding bulldog at Cron Surf Club ShareThank you to my Sponsors
