This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

This started as a walk that turned in to a run 😅. The same route I squeeze in at some stage every weekend and today I decided to beat my previous time hence, why it turned into a run! Previous time: 1 hour 29 mins, Today: 1 hour 20mins. It may not seem like much, but shaving 9 mins off is massive for me when i remember the very first time I did this route, it took me 1 hour and 50 mins! So while I’m out there improving my goals, I remember the 56 reasons and that keeps me motivated. Thanks Karlee for encouraging me to join your team and walk 56kms for your Mumma 💕💕💕
