Support our challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer!
Right now, 58 Australians are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
This August, the YES Youth Employment Services team, in collaboration with the Penrith Women's Health Centre, is stepping up to make a difference.
We’re taking part in 'Step Up to Breast Cancer' to honour and support the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, and loved ones whose lives have been impacted by this devastating disease.
Together, we’re raising awareness, showing solidarity, and helping fund vital breast cancer research and support services. All funds raised will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).
On Saturday the 30th August, we will be partaking in a community walk in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, walking 6.4km in groups to reach a collective 58km. We will be based along the Nepean River Walk and will be offering a free sausage sizzle, water, and sunscreen - as well as raising funds for this great cause.
