Support my challenge to step up to breast cancer!

Right now, 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day. This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease. I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives. Please make a donation to support my challenge and let's step up to breast cancer together! Thank you for your support.

Back at my happy place today the environmental park 5:3kms lots of kangaroos today was a great sunset

5km on walking machine listening to my fave tunes and tuning out from everyone around me my birthday too so had to walk off the cheesecake I ate

Missed park run due to a migraine had a busy weekend finished my kms today

Crazy day today cooking desert and sweets for a baby shower tommorow got a walk in to clear the mind park run tommorow early start

Back to my happy place the environmental park 5.3 kms, keep swapping my Breast Cancer support shirts we have for work trying to wear one every day while I walk or jog

Back at my favourite place our local environmental park great scenery today the air is crisp and a tad windy the August Ekka winds are here 5. 3 kms in peace and quite to gather my thoughts

So snowed under at work had to walk my 5 km on the walking machine listening to a bit of country music to try to relax .. staying committed

Home from camping and we have rain so as to not get sick I have completed 5 kms on the walking machine listening to my favourite tunes

Camping with family and friends all weekend crappy reception so logging in late. was a great walk last two days from camp to rd through the fields of cows and horses even seen camels

Walkedbto the entrance and back just over 5 kms had two guys ima. Kia offer me a lift back lol was nice but was enjoying the scenery

Camping this weekend with family walked the camp grounds x 2 to get my steps in

Crazy day today waa dark before my walk, environmental park closed so took my greyhound for a walk with a torch around the streets so 3.5 km only today

5.3 km this morning hoping to start my day on a good note after 3 hours sleep.. with work so crazy 9 degrees and lots of fog

5.5 kms today late start this afternoon so had the sun come down on me.. was a much needed walk today

Walked the environmental park today 5.3 km needed to get out of the office
