Support my challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer!
Right now, 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
Please make a donation to support my challenge and let's step up to breast cancer together!
Thank you for your support.

Day 31last morning jetty walk
Monday 31st Aug What a perfect day to take my last morning jetty walk for the month! The sun was already up and casting its golden hues over everything. The wind was slight. The birds lined the jetty railings like a guard of honour! and tge cormorantsat on the pylon at the end to help me say thankyou and farewell to my Stepping Up for Breast Cancer Challenge! great way to energise me for the day! Day 27: wet, wild and windy
Friday 28th Aug The morning started with a showery walk to the end of the jetty. There was no sunrise to see today! A lot of trips back and forth at work while I sorted out a number of issues added 10km to my day. Despite the wind and rain, Ryder and I jumped in the pool, swimming only 1km today after Ryder swam pretty hard into the wall and hurt his head! Note to self... find the goggles! Even Roosta wasnt keen to move more than 800m for his nightime toilet trip as the wind blew us sideways as we walked and the rain came in. So totals for day 27 mum walk 3.8km swim 1km work day 10km Ryder swim 1km Dad walk 2.85km Share

Day 17: biiig day at work
Tuesday 18th Aug Day 17 started with a 2.3km walk to the jetty with my love. The sun is rising earlier these days and was already in the sky before we headed off. In the evening I walked to the jetty and back and then did a midnight walk to the Amazon when Roosta woke me to go to the toilet. It was a big day at work, resembling a peak season day so there was not much energy leftover tonight. Day 17 walks 7km work day 7km Share

Day 6: not enough hours in a day!
Friday 7th Aug Day 6 only say me doing a morning and evening walk plus a massive 10 hour day at work. I was greeted with the most picture perfect sky in the early hours of the morning but didn't have my phone for a photo. The beach was covered in the seaweed in the evening after a storm that came in hard and fast causing a lot of flooding. Day 6 Sarah walk 4km Work Day 10km Share
