56km for Breast Cancer

This August, I’m walking 56km as part of Step Up to Breast Cancer; for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, and loved ones whose lives have been changed by this disease. Like so many, I’ve seen how deeply breast cancer can touch a life. The fear, the uncertainty, the strength it demands, it stays with you. And while I may not have all the answers or the power to change everything, I can take this step. This walk is my way of showing up. Of turning care into action. Of contributing, even in a small way, to something that truly matters. I’m raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation to support vital research, because every breakthrough, every discovery, every bit of progress starts somewhere. For me, this is more than just 56km. It’s a step towards purpose. A step towards hope. A step towards a future where fewer lives are shaken by breast cancer.
