Support my challenge to step up to breast cancer!

Right now, 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Please make a donation to support my challenge and let's step up to breast cancer together!

Thank you for your support.

My Legacy

I've raised $2,235 over 2 years to stop deaths from breast cancer!

My Updates

Day 31 - so proud!

Sunday 31st Aug
Walked the whole month of August to conquer a total of 146km. I’m very grateful and honoured to have been able to participate and help raise funds for life saving breast cancer research.

Wild and Wooly

Friday 29th Aug
What a day! I got in 4.4kms today, in and out of the rain. Totally soaked, lol. It’s been a really wild weather day with blue skies, black clouds, lots of rain and gale force winds…. but I made it, woo hoo.

WEEKLY UPDATE - Week 4

Thursday 28th Aug
I’ve officially conquered My 100km Challenge for the Step Up to Breast Cancer fundraiser and I still have a few days to go! It’s been an incredible experience, and I’m honestly so grateful to be able to take part in something that supports such an important cause. Every step has been to help fund life-saving research for breast cancer. Just knowing that made even the toughest kilometres worth it, even when my shins were being jerks! A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, encouraged me, or just checked in to see if I was still walking (or alive). Your support means the world and definitely helped keep me going! Here’s to the final few days and whatever extra distance I can sneak in.

Pushing to the end!

Wednesday 27th Aug
I’ve smashed My 100km Challenge for the fundraiser ‘Step Up to Breast Cancer’, but I’m not stopping yet! Still stepping up and clocking Ks all the way to the end of August! It’s not too late to support the cause — donations are open until the end of August, so if you’ve been meaning to chip in, now’s the time! Every dollar goes towards life-saving breast cancer research. Thanks so much to everyone who has already donated — you’re absolute superstars!

Woo hoo, I’ve reached 100km!

Friday 22nd Aug
Today, day 22 I reached my goal of walking 100km in the Step Up to Breast Cancer fundraiser. I’m excited to see what I’ll end up walking after this week. Yes, it was windy up the top of Granite Island, lol.

WEEKLY UPDATE - week 3

Thursday 21st Aug
I’ve conquered 95km of My 100km Challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer and have enjoyed dropping a rock for every km that I’ve walked. I am truly thankful for everyone who has supported me throughout August by making a donation.
