Support my challenge to step up to breast cancer!

Right now, 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Beautiful morning out walking today, I’ve reached my goal of 175km and I’m going to just keep on going for the rest of August and see how many km I can do.

What a beautiful day to be out and walking, just love feeling the sun on my face.
I have one more week to go and I’m so close to reaching my target, it’s not too late to sponsor me for this great cause.

Gotta love that feeling when you made the effort to get out there in the rain and do the steps, it feels amazing and the buzz stays with you all day.

Very wet here today, but with my wet weather gear, bring it on.

So today was wet and miserable so I took myself off to the local shopping complex and did my walking there.  It’s a huge complex and from one end to the other is 1km, so getting in my steps was made easy today.

Exploring this beautiful area, so many lovely walks.  Over 120km done and dusted, it’s amazing how quickly they add up.

It’s so nice walking where we are at the moment and love seeing these beautiful creatures, they have to be my favourite.

We are half way though and this morning was a struggle to get out of my warm bed, it’s cold and was cold and raining, but I got up and went anyway and I’m so glad I did.
