Living without you was not something I ever imagined, but I’m doing it. Those last few months, weeks, days and hours with you were rough. It’s not something that I would wish upon anybody to experience. Since you’ve been gone, you’re now a grandmother - and Abby Lynne points at your photos and your paintings and says “Nana”. Whilst breast cancer took you away from us, breast cancer research and clinical trials gave us so much more time that we could have imagined. After being re-diagnosed in 2017, the cancer had already metastasised to mum’s lymph nodes, bones, liver and lungs. She was given two options of a life expectancy of 3-6 months - but with clinical trials & the fighter in her she made it JUST over five years. let’s raise money together to help the NBCF 🫶🏻
