Support my challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer!

Right now, 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Did a tempo run today. 1km warm up, 4km tempo pace, 1km cool down. Amazing weather today. What a lovely run to finish off this fabulous month!!🫶

Friday 28th Aug
Today we went on a 7km easy run around Albert Park. Was great to run with my sister and dad! Had a yummy coffee after :)

Late night 5km tempo run

Tuesday 25th Aug
Went on a late night run today. Pushed myself to run 5km at a fast pace for myself. Was a very rewarding run!!

After work today I did an interval run. Was hard but felt great to accomplish:))

Went on a lovely easy 7km run after work today. Great way to end the day :))

Monday 17th Aug
Made the most of the sun today! Went on a 4km tempo run and then decided to stay outside and go on an extra 4km walk. Was very nice in the sun :))

Went on an easy run today. Lovely weather for a run. Was such a lovely relaxing run :)

Today I went on a fun hike with my boyfriend. We walked all the way round the Werribee Gorge. Had a fabulous time!
