Support my challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer!

Right now, 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

3km walk on the beach in 50 minutes which is great high tide was up so it was softer sand. feeling so proud of us.

We are at Woodgate for our long weekend

This morning I did my first two km for August. I did my workout as well as 2km on the treadmill. 

I am doing this for all those woman who have had close calls, been diagnosed, are fighting and have fought breast cancer.

Good morning, it was freezing here at Kingaroy this morning. we got up at 5:30am and went for a ten kilometre walk from Kingaroy to Crawford on the rail trail. it is 10km there and back.
