This August, I am taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Happy Thursday! today I had my first speed run of my new program and it was sooooo fun!!! 2km warm up 400m repeats with 200m rest 1km cool down (but I did 2.1km) SO FUN! 🤩

Today I started my 10km improvement plan! and on the agenda was an easy 4km run!!!

Sunday 2nd Aug

I went on a beautiful sunrise run with my sister. On her plan today, it was a 35 easy run! This run was super fun, the sky was gorgeous and I was dressed in pink to kick off the challenge 💕🌸🌅
