I'm now a Pink Hero
Did you know that every day 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people in Australia die every day from this disease?
I am committing to all 3 'National Breast Cancer Foundation' pledges:
1) Wear pink for the day
2) Shave my head
3) Spraying my shaved hair pink
... to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
I'm dedicating my head shave to my grandma, who died at 45y/o from breast cancer when my mum was just 10 years old.
I am in Year 7 at St. Patrick's College, and the school will be hosting the shave/colour day for participants (& their chosen charities) on Friday 23rd October 2026.
Please support me and my pledge to save lives and make a difference.
Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal. Together, we can stop deaths from breast cancer.
