Hi friends and family,
I have decided again to raise funds this year for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
Everyday 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people in Australia die every day from this disease. Many of you know than in July 2025 I tested positive for the BRAC1 gene and have started my prophylactic surgery journey this year to reduce my risk of developing cancer. This cause is personal to me given my genetic predisposition for breast, ovarian, uterine and pancreatic cancer; as well as many of my closest family members having first hand experience with this awful disease.
