Did you know that every day 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 Australians die every day from this disease?
Join us at F45 Dickson as we dedicate a full week to raising awareness and supporting the fight against breast cancer! While the global F45 Breast Cancer Donation Class takes place on Saturday 25 October, we’re taking it further with a week-long initiative to make an even bigger impact.
• Wear Pink All Week – Show your support and solidarity.
• Donate All Week – You can make a donation anytime during the week.
• $1 = 1 Burpee – Every dollar counts! Your donation directly translates into burpees performed in class, turning your contribution into movement and making a tangible difference for breast cancer research and support.
• Burpees in Class – Members will complete burpees during Friday and Saturday classes, while coaches will take on their burpees Saturday only.
• Challenge & Nominate – Posters will be up in the studio so you can submit your nominations after making your donation.
