I'm now a Pink Hero
Last year I signed up to fundraise for breast cancer research after a close friend was diagnosed. She is in the final process of her treatment now, and thanks to years of research, she should be living a full and happy life with her son for many years to come.
I've signed back up for another year, as a close colleague and friend has just been diagnosed with breast cancer and is starting her journey through treatment. I remember growing up, that it was said, you would know someone who knew someone with breast cancer. And now it seems every year, you directly know and are connected to someone being diagnosed and battling this horrid cancer. Better research is needed. So please join me in making a difference for that colleague, friend or family member who may be diagnosed in the years to come. Let's continue to increase their chance of survival in the future.

I've decided to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
