Support my challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer!
Since stepping away from this platform, I unexpectedly lost my dad last October. Now, my younger sister is facing her own battle with breast cancer.
So, next month I'm swapping excuses for sneakers (and probably a few blisters!) as I take on 56km in August to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
While I wait for my own hereditary testing results in mid-September, I've decided there's one thing I can do right now—take action.
Every kilometre is for the people we love, the families walking beside them, and the hope that research continues to change lives.
