I'm now a Pink Hero
I'm taking part in a 56km walk for the month of August to raise funds for breast cancer,
In early May I had lost my beautiful mum after her battle with breast cancer, losing someone you love changes your life forever and not a day goes by that I don't think of her, she was incredibly strong, loving and brave and I want to honour her memory by doing something that can help others facing this devastating disease.
Every step I take during this walk is for my mum, for the families who have experienced this heartbreaking loss and for those who are still fighting, my hope is that through raising funds we can help support vital research, improve treatments and move closer to a future where fewer families have to say goodbye too soon.
