Set myself an achievable goal and was likely going to increase it, but then I cut my big toe and can’t wear closed in shoes πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ, so haven’t done much walking since, still 1/4 of the goal achieve with 1 week down.

Sharing the load

Nothing like getting moving and spending quality time with your bestie at the same time. Laura is my wing woman and always up for whatever I throw at myself. If it involves coffee and kms all the better. Shes training for a huge walk on the Camino and while my goal is smaller she treats it with equal importance. ❀️

This August, I’m stepping up for the Breast Cancer Step Up Challenge to help raise vital funds for those impacted by breast cancer. This August, our team is taking part in Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

We are doing this to raise funds for NationalΒ Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
