HOW TO TRACK YOUR STEPS
Tracking your 10,000 steps a day throughout August is easy. Just use your personal smart phone, fitness watch, smart watch or a pedometer to track your daily steps.
Throughout August you'll be able to upload your daily steps and keep track of your progress on your interactive tracking map. You'll be supplied with a step-by-step video and instructions to make it as easy as possible, so there will be no excuses not to Step Up to the challenge.
Login to your dashboard
Under ‘add activity’, enter the date and number of steps completed
