I'm now a Pink Hero
We have been best friends since we were 11 years
old, and we started this event (Pink Ribbon
Breakfast, Brunch now a Ladies Long Lunch) to
raise money for breast cancer research in honour of
our mums, who both battled recurring breast cancer
throughout our teens and early adult years.
Sadly, Erzsi lost her mum over eight years ago.
Late last year, Erzsi was also diagnosed with
breast cancer and is currently undergoing
treatment. While this journey has been incredibly
challenging, it has strengthened our passion and
determination to continue raising awareness and
funds for those impacted by breast cancer.
