Friday 30th JanFifteen years since my battle fight,
A journey faced with all my might.
With love and support, I stood and ran.
And now I celebrate this day.
Through pain and fear, I found my way.
To those who loved and stood beside,
Who held my hand through every tide,
I thank you all, in every way,
For giving hope when skies were grey.
Each day I live, I hold it dear,
Grateful for life, for those I hear.
Now I hope you’ll lend a hand,
To give to research, to help others stand.
Together, we can light the way,
And turn the dark to brighter days.
