Hey family and friends. As most of you know when I turned 50 years old, 3 years ago, I got the letter to get a breast check. I went and got my first mammogram and as it was my first time they decided to double check my scan with an ultra sound. They found 2 types of cancers and 9cm of pre cancer cells. I had no symptoms and only for this letter, they were able to catch it. Please get regular check ups and when you get the letter go and get a test. We are lucky to live in a country that provides this and it does saves lives. It saved mine.
