My Mum Eileen had a terrible time with cancer. She was first diagnosed with throat cancer when she was only 37 and I was 10, then breast cancer when I was 16, then again when I was a first time mother in 2000 and finally passing away when she was 69. I have been having regular check ups with the National Family Breast Cancer Clinic for 25 years and went to see a psychic recently who said I wont get it ...but never say never....
That is why I am hosting a Pink Ribbon Brunch event this October to raise vital funds for breast cancer research and help NBCF towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
