Breast cancer is not just a diagnosis. It affects mothers, daughters, sisters, aunties, grandmothers, partners, friends, and entire families.

In Australia alone, an estimated 20,336 people were expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2025  including approximately 20,129 women and 207 men. Sadly, more than 3,300 people are estimated to lose their lives to breast cancer each year.

Behind every one of these numbers is a person with a story, a family that loves them, and people who hope for more time together.

That is why we are standing together.

We are standing for the mothers we want to keep with us a little longer. For the grandmothers who hold generations of memories. For the sisters, aunties, daughters, partners, and friends whose lives are touched by breast cancer. And for every family hoping for more birthdays, more hugs, more conversations, and more precious moments together.

We believe that research brings hope. Every discovery can open the door to better treatments, earlier detection, and better outcomes for people affected by breast cancer.
