Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!

9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.

This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Wednesday 26th Nov
40kms done and dusted!. I must give a shout out to my husband for jumping on board and swimming ???? with me. Ex rugby league and rugby union player looked pretty awkward in the pool when we first started. Now he's swimming like a pro. Thank you. X

Nearly there. I can see the finish line.

Day 24

Monday 24th Nov
Struggled a little tonight. Too many days out of the pool. Nearly reached my goal of 40kms.

Day 21 - 23. No swimming over the weekend. Too many other commitments.

3km tonight.

Couple of days rest from swimming.  Back in the pool Thursday.

No swim today. Other commitments. Back in the pool tomorrow.

Arrived at the pool to find it locked up and this sign out the front. Chatted with the staff who advised a power outage had closed the place down. No swim today.

Conquered the 20km challenge today. Going for nother 20km by the end of the month.

Tuesday 11th Nov
Just shy of my 20km challenge. I'll be on the way to my 40km goal tomorrow.

No swim Sunday 9th. Back in the pool Monday 10th.

Can't get used to this smart watch. I keep pressing the wrong button and finalising the swim. Not real smart of me..lol.

Back in the pool. Did a little extra today. Checked my smart watch mid swim and accidentally finalised my swim . Hence two entries for the 05.11.25.
