Matched Funding Information
Here are the details of the matched funding day for Swim for Breast Cancer 2025.
A generous group of donors has offered to match all online donations received on Thursday 6th November (up to $70,000) to support your fundraising efforts in Swim for Breast Cancer to fund world-class breast cancer research to help save lives.
The details are outlined below:
- All online donations will be matched (up to $70,000) by generous donors of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
- All individual donations up to $1,000 will be matched.
- The match will start at 9am (AEDT) and run for 24 hours or until the matched funding amount has been reached.
- The matched donations will appear on the fundraising pages of participants (when a donation is made) until the funds are exhausted.
Once the match has been reached, we will post on the Swim for Breast Cancer Facebook group to inform all participants that the matched funding is complete.
Any donations received (on fundraising pages) after the match funding amount has been reached will not be matched.
