This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Cumberland Police Area Command is raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support world-class breast cancer research and help make Zero Deaths from breast cancer a reality.
Breast cancer affects thousands of Australian every year. By supporting our fundraiser, you'll be helping fund vital research into prevention, early detection, improved treatments and better outcomes for those impacted by breast cancer.
Cumberland Police Area Command is proud to come together to support breast cancer research, awareness and those affected by the devastating disease.Â
Breast cancer touches so many Australian families, and this cause is particularly close to our hearts with many members of our command being heavily impacted by this disease.Â
Most recently, the diagnosis of Detective Inspector Amy Scott who is currently battling a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer has brought this cause even closer to home from the NSW Police family.Â
On Friday the 23rd of October, members of Cumberland PAC will come together for a morning tea fundraiser, to raise vital funds for breast cancer.Â
