Go Pink in June 2025: We're Saving the World, One Breast at a Time!

In 2019, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer - a type known for being aggressive and fast-moving. I was a mum, a business owner, and smack bang in the middle of building Spiderman SE when life threw me that curveball.

I didn’t wait around. Even with a clear mammogram not long before, I trusted my gut when I found a lump. With long wait times for imaging in Mount Gambier, I headed to Adelaide and got my answer fast. Surgery was booked immediately, and the months that followed were full-on: 16 rounds of chemo, radiation, and more highway kilometres than I can count.

But I got through it. With a bald head and a stubborn streak, I kept showing up - for my family, my crew, and our customers.

Fast forward to now:
It’s 2025, and I’m six years cancer-free.

Last year, to mark five years clear, we launched our very first Go Pink in June campaign - donating $50 from every ceiling dusting to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The response from our community blew us away.

This year, we’re mixing things up to offer even better value for our customers - because helping a good cause shouldn’t mean compromising on what your home needs most.

This Year’s Campaign Offer:
Rodent Station Installation for just $150 (normally $200)

$50 from every install donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation

Why Rodent Stations?
Rodents are a classic winter pest. As the temperature drops, they sneak inside looking for food, warmth, and shelter. That’s why June is the perfect time to get ahead of the problem.

So this year’s Go Pink offer does double duty:
Keeps your home rodent-ready
Supports critical breast cancer research and support services

Why We Go Pink
I know I’m one of the lucky ones. I came out the other side. But so many others in our community are still going through it—or have lost someone they love.

This campaign is for them. For the women and men still in treatment. For the ones we’ve lost. For the families walking beside them.

It’s not just a fundraiser - it’s a reminder to check in with your body, book the test, and have the hard conversations.

A Final Word from the Spidey Crew
Whether you’re booking a rodent station, spreading the word, or giving us a wave when you see our pinked-out crew on the road - we appreciate you.

Every install makes a difference. Every dollar raised counts. And together, we’re saving the world, one breast at a time.

With love, guts, and gratitude,
Sarah (and Michael) Cutting

We're Saving the World — One Breast at a Time (Again!)

Wednesday 21st May

In 2019, I was diagnosed with Grade 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I went through surgery, sixteen rounds of chemo and a month of radiation. Now, six years on from finishing treatment, I’m one of the lucky ones.

But not everyone gets to say that.

That’s why, for the second year running, Spiderman SE Eco Pest Management is proudly supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation’s Go Pink campaign — and we’d love your help.

Last year, thanks to our incredible customers and supporters, we raised $1,471 for breast cancer research. This year, we’re aiming even higher.

Throughout June, we’re donating $50 from every rodent station installation booked and completed during the campaign. We’ve even discounted the service — it’s usually $200, but we’re offering it for just $150, so our customers get a great deal and help fund life-saving research.

Each package includes your choice of:

  • 2 baited rat stations

  • 4 baited mouse stations

  • Or 1 rat + 2 mouse combo

Professionally installed, pre-baited, and yours to keep.

We’re also spreading awareness in every way we can. You’ll spot us in our pink gear throughout June, with pink duster kits in hand on pest jobs across the Limestone Coast. It's all a reminder of why this matters — to us, to our customers, and to families everywhere.

If you’re local, book a service.
If you’re not, or you’d simply like to help — please consider donating to our campaign. Every single dollar helps fund better treatments, earlier detection and, most importantly, hope.

Let’s keep working toward a future free from breast cancer.
We’re saving the world — one breast at a time.
