Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!

9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.

This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Back in the water after a week off with a nasty cold and smashed out another 2km for my 9km Swim for Cancer this November! Feeling so much stronger today and inching closer to that goal. Thanks for all the support! ??

Update #2 Today’s effort: 1.625km!

Would I have swum more? Absolutely.
Did my watch decide I’d done enough and clocked out at 1.625km? Also absolutely. ?

So while my arms were still going strong, my watch apparently needed a nap.

Anyway, we’ll just call it “1.625km (plus the part my watch rudely ignored)”.
Onwards to 9km for November.  #MyWatchIsALiar #ArmsOfSteel
