My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

Please support my squat challenge to save lives and make a difference.

Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal and helping the National Breast Cancer Foundation end deaths from breast cancer.

Day 7

Saturday 7th Mar
Well been an interesting week doing the challenge with an injured foot but I got there!  Today managed to catch up and did squats with 6kg dumbbells… foot is on the mend and got to the gym today!

Day 2

Monday 2nd Mar
Well day one did not start out as I had planned!  A trip to ED as twisted ankle and needed to check nothing was broken.  Luckily for me nothing broken!! So will need to make up day one next week by doing double but manage a rough 80 today!
Form not so great and no extra weight -
Just body weight for the next week!
