How do I bank cash donations I raise from the challenge?
The best way to bank offline fundraising is through your online fundraising page with your credit card.
To provide cash donors with a tax-deductible receipt, click on the My Donations tab of your Squat Challenge dashboard to access the Add Offline Donation button. Enter your donor's details and make the payment using a credit or debit card. A tax deductible receipt will be sent to the email address provided for all donations over $2.

Getting Started
Who can register?
Anyone! Whether you are working from home and looking to stay active, or if you are a group of colleagues or want to get the whole family involved the 58 Squat Challenge is for everyone to have fun and keep moving.
Do I have to complete the 56 squats in one go?
No! You don't have to do them in one go. You are welcome to break the 56 squats up throughout the day (for example do 20 in the morning, 20 at lunch and 16 in the evening).
Is there a minimum amount I have to raise?
There is no minimum, we just ask you raise as much as you can! Every dollar raised goes towards funding game-changing breast cancer research - the more you raise, the more research NBCF can fund. How awesome would it be if you raised $1,500 and join our VIP Pink Hearts Club!? I've registered as an individual, how do I now create a team?
All you need to do is login to your dashboard and click ‘Create a Team’ - you’ll find this at the top of your dashboard homepage right under ‘My achievements’. Set the fundraising page up and don’t forget to ensure your team page settings allows anyone to join your team!
You can then share a link to your team page with your friends and family and ask them to join you by clicking the ‘Join Us’ button on your team fundraising page.

What resources are available?
We want to make fundraising easy, so we have some great resources to help you do that. Your best tool is your online fundraising page – easy to set up and easy to share. It is the best way to get donations and spread the word about your 58 Squat Challenge. From your fundraising page dashboard, you can also download a poster with your unique QR code for donations, social posts and more. Just log into your dashboard and go to the resources tab.
What prizes are available?
When you hit fundraising targets, you'll have the opportunity to receive free NBCF merchandise.
PINK ALLY: Raise $58 and you’ll achieve PINK ALLY level and unlock your free t-shirt! Limit to 10,000.
PINK GUARDIAN: Raise $250 and you’ll achieve PINK GUARDIAN level and unlock your free squat band! Limited to 3,750.
PINK HERO: Raise $500 and you’ll achieve PINK HERO level and unlock your entry in the draw to win 1 of 2 x $500 LSKD vouchers!
PINK HEART CLUB: Raise $1500 and you’ll become an official member of the PINK HEART CLUB level! Limited to 500.
Facebook Fundraising
Why do you have the option for Facebook fundraising?
Setting up a Facebook fundraiser from your NBCF fundraising page is an easier way to share your fundraiser and boost your donations, it'll help you reach more of your family and friends. Simply click the 'Create a Facebook Fundraiser' button on your dashboard.
If people have donated to me through Facebook, will NBCF still receive the funds?
Yes, if you have selected ‘Create a Facebook Fundraiser’ from your dashboard, we’ll receive the funds. The funds should appear on your NBCF Fundraising page as 'Facebook Donation.' However, there may be a delay, and in some instances, the donation does not appear at all.
If you are missing any 'Facebook donations' from your fundraising page, please email squatchallenge@nbcf.org.au with screenshots of your missing donations.
Is my donation via Facebook secure?
The Facebook Donate button is a Facebook-owned feature, please contact them directly with any queries about privacy and security. However, you can view their privacy policy here: https://m.facebook.com/payments_terms/privacy

Where Do I Claim My T-Shirt?
No need to claim your tee! Once you have reached the milestone on your personal fundraising page, you automatically go on our list to be sent a t-shirt. Allow some time for packing and delivery. It should be on its way soon!

We can change your fundraising page message for you. Please email squatchallenge@nbcf.org.au with your preferred message and our team will sort it out.

We can change your squat goal for you. Please email squatchallenge@nbcf.org.au with your preferred goal and our team will sort it out.
How Do I Track My Squats?
Here’s how to update your squats:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Select the “Log My Squats” tab
- Select the date and ill in your total amount of squats completed
- Scroll down and select “Save Changes”

Why Haven’t My Instagram Donations Shown Up On My Page?
Unfortunately, donations made via Instagram can't be linked or reflected on your NBCF Squat Challenge page. To track donations on your fundraising page, donations must be made directly through your NBCF fundraising link. You might consider updating the link in your Instagram bio to direct to your NBCF Squat Challenge fundraising page. That way, donations will directly contribute to your fundraising total.
For any donations already made, please send through a screenshot of your Instagram donations to squatchallenge@nbcf.org.au and we will get the total added to your page.
How Do I Create A Team?
To create a team, each member needs to have an individual profile. One person from your team can log into their dashboard and select "Create a Team," located just above the "My Achievements" section. Set up the fundraising page and make sure your team page settings allow anyone to join your team. The person who sets up the team will be designated as the team captain. Once your team is created, you can invite others to join your team by sharing the link in the "My Team" section on your dashboard.
Missing Instagram or Facebook Donations
Facebook donations should show up on your NBCF page as “Facebook Donation”, though there might be a delay. Unfortunately, donations made via Instagram or other external platforms can't be linked or reflected on your NBCF Squat Challenge page. You might consider updating the link in your Instagram bio to direct to your NBCF Squat Challenge fundraising page. That way, donations will directly contribute to your fundraising total.
