I'VE PLEDGED TO GO PINK FOR Helen Collins

My mum has always been a fighter And together we are going to fight this recently diagnosed breast cancer! Mumsy you got this, we love you and although it may be a battle it’s going to be one we will fight to win🩷

Support me to GO PINK!

Did you know that every day 58 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people die from this disease?

This June, I've made a pledge to WEAR IT, SHAVE IT or COLOUR IT and raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help NBCF towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

Please support my GO PINK pledge to save lives and make a difference.

Together, let's make Zero Deaths from breast cancer possible.

Recruiting Now to our team page

Saturday 3rd May
Hi everyone

I’m wanting to recruit my extraordinary group of friends to pledge to go pink with me in June. It can be for the day or the whole month whilst raising money for Breast Cancer.

Do it for your loved ones, ones you know and ones you may have lost.
I have recently found out that another side of my family has also been recently diagnosed.
Ladies if you are over 40 please have a mammogram every 2 years.

Please jump on my page and follow my links to the Hels Angels team page and join me to go pink this june

Diagnosis day

Tuesday 29th Apr
17th of April 2025
Mums  68th birthday
Mums diagnosis day.

We knew it was possibly coming
Thursday the 17th, mums 68th birthday.
Mum lives in Townsville and I live in Adelaide.
The phone call I was prepared for but dreading.
Working in oncology administration I’ve supported so many patients with all types of cancers but this phone call from breast screen qld hit differently.
“Your mum has tested positive to breast cancer”

Well there goes birthday miracles,!

But what do you say when it’s your mum, the one who has endured some devastating heartbreak over her years?

“It’s ok mum you’ve got this we are here we will back you and whenever you need surgery I’m there, I’ll be there. I will fly up and be by your side. You are not alone. We will get you through this. The Nurses and Doctors know what they’re doing and we will just follow the process”
