It has been almost 4 years since I heard the words ‘You have breast cancer’ and all of our lives were forever changed. I am blessed to be in remission and am grateful each and every day. Liam and I feel really passionately about continuing to support breast cancer research and we continue to reflect on our strength, resilience, love, sense of community and the joy we continued to find during an incredibly difficult time. We would be so grateful for your support ?

This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
