Swimming 50K for Breast Cancer Research
This November, I’ve committed to swimming 50 kilometres in support of breast cancer research – for those whose lives have or will be impacted by this disease.
That’s about 1.7 km every day, rain or shine, in ocean pools and open water. If I snooze, it'll be 3.4 km the next day...
To finish the challenge, I’ll be doing the 2.4K Wedding Cake Island Ocean Swim on 30 November – a personal milestone and facing fears of what lurks below.
