Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!
9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.
This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Leah's big swim for a good cause
Sunday 2nd NovGood morning!
I’ve kicked off the month with a 1km ocean swim to get things started. As a breastfeeding mama, finding time to swim can be tricky — so I’m grateful it was a Saturday and Fernando could take August. During the week, I’ll probably have to brave the water at dawn or dusk to stay on track.
I’ve also secured a Garmin for the month, so I’ll be able to track my swims and hopefully raise some funds for such a worthy cause. As a breastfeeding mum, I have a whole new appreciation for these incredible organs and want to do my part in supporting the fight against the most common cancer in women.
