Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!

9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.

This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

I did it!

Monday 1st Dec
I did it! I swam 9km for breast cancer. It was a big month (and 1 day).

Thank you to all those that donated and supported this important cause. It egged me on to keep going.

Week 1 - sprained ankle
Week 2 - still recovering from ankle and too much fun at Spring Racing Carnival.
Week 3 started to smash it.
Week 4, my neck locked up - a wry neck/locked facet so couldn’t swim for a few days with doctors orders. Got a snorkel and finished the 9km in the last 24 hours.  Freddie finished the last 10 laps with me after his swimming lesson, that was a bit special :) 

It feels good to have accomplished this goal, thanks for your support! Xx
