In memory of Dr Kimberly A Strong

Pink Ribbon Breakfast

I am hosting a Pink Ribbon Lunner (lunch/dinner) event because I want to make a real difference to all people affected by breast cancer in honour of my awesome and amazing late sister in law Dr Kimberly Strong. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia's leading not-for-profit organisation funding world-class breast cancer research towards a vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

I believe world-class research is the best way to prevent deaths from breast cancer and can improve how breast cancer is diagnosed, managed, and treated.

Click 'Donate' to make a secure online donation and help me reach my goal. Every donation, big or small, will help me get there. Please donate today if you can.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a tax-deductible receipt via email as soon as you make your donation. If everyone who reads this donates just $2.00 (which is tax deductible and less than a coffee) it could make a HUGE difference to the people dealing with the diagnosis.

NBCF has one vision - Zero Deaths from breast cancer. Together we can help them get there.

Thank you so much for your support!

Guessing Competition

Monday 9th Oct
The guessing competition is ready to go!
How many chocolates are in the jar? Hint .. there is only one Freddo.
$1 per guess. Winner of the jar is closest to it on 22nd October., or if someone guesses correctly before then the competition will end.
Anyone can enter, but if you win and need me to post it is at your cost ? Have uploaded a photo, the poppa is a reference for size. Good luck ?

Guessing Competition

Thursday 5th Oct
I'm going to do a guessing competition as well as the raffle, filling a jar with some kind of candy or chocolates.
My 12 year old asked if she could buy raffle tickets and I told her the prizes for it are more suitable for adults so this way the kids can get involved and be part of the fun if they want.
So much I still have to do (I probably should have made it a week later lol) but I have complete faith it will all come together and be a great day in the end!

It's coming together

Sunday 1st Oct
Today I secured some raffle prizes. Waiting to hear back about a couple more.
It's going to be such a great day. I'm having a fun time getting it all organised.
Any donation big or small is very much appreciated and it all adds up to help a very worthwhile cause.
