In memory of Gloria.
I’m hosting an event in honour of my Mum, Gloria. Gloria sadly passed away from breast cancer at the age of 36 years.
Gloria was honest, kind, loyal , funny and always put others first. Gloria was a great friend and a beautiful mother. Her gift to all was love.
If Gloria were here today, she would have used her experience with cancer to help other women who faced the same challenges as she did. She was inspired to do this as sharing her experience with others had already resulted in two women detecting their breast cancer early, well before they showed any signs of the disease, thus giving them the best chance of effective treatment.
I'm hosting a morning tea in Gloria’s memory in order to help raise funds for other women who are affected by breast cancer. All funds raised will go towards vital research and resources that are needed for those affected by breast cancer.
Let’s join together to help beat breast cancer for all those affected by it and to keep the memories alive of all those who are now with us in our memories and hearts.
