Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!
Hey friends & fam 
This November, I’m diving in for Swim For Breast Cancer to raise much-needed funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) — supporting vital research to help save lives. 
Like so many, I’ve seen breast cancer touch people I love. My beautiful Nanna and Cousin Sarah both sadly lost their battles 
— so this swim’s for them, those that have been through it and for everyone still fighting. 
— so this swim’s for them, those that have been through it and for everyone still fighting. On a more personal note — I’ll be swimming 4.5km instead of the usual 9km. Why? I recently found out I have Long Covid, which impacts my breathing, heart rate and sleep 
(fun times, right?). The good news — it’s fairly mild and I’m slowly reconditioning myself 
But I still wanted to challenge myself, get back in the pool and find that rhythm again.
