My Squat Challenge for breast cancer research

56 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will die. I want to make a difference to the lives of those 56 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why I am taking on the Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research. But I need your help.

Please support my squat challenge to save lives and make a difference.

Every donation, big or small, will get me closer to reaching my goal and helping the National Breast Cancer Foundation end deaths from breast cancer.

Why I’m Doing 56 Squats a Day This March

This March, I’m challenging myself to do 56 squats a day for 31 days to raise funds for breast cancer research—and honestly, it’s about so much more than squats.

Breast cancer has touched so many lives. Almost everyone knows someone who has battled it, is currently fighting it, or has been taken far too soon. Supporting research means supporting hope—hope for earlier detection, better treatments, and one day, a cure.

The number 56 represents the 56 lives lost to breast cancer every single day in Australia. Doing these squats is my small way of honouring those lives and standing with the people and families affected.

Some days will be tough (hello sore legs 😅), but that discomfort is nothing compared to what so many endure. If my effort can help raise awareness, spark conversations, and contribute even a little toward life-saving research, then it’s 100% worth it.

Thank you for cheering me on, donating, or even joining the challenge. Together, we really can make a difference 💕
