Support my challenge to swim for breast cancer!
9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.
This November, I am taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.
I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.

Completing this 18 km challenge has been an awesome experience for me. Today I finished my final 1.3 km swim to reach my goal, and I wanted to complete it on this day because it’s extra special to a dear friend who survived breast cancer and is now expecting her second baby — something she once thought wouldn’t be possible after treatment. You’re an inspiration!
I’ve loved being back in the pool, and watching the beautiful sunrises each morning has made the journey even more meaningful.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I’ll definitely keep swimming and I’m already preparing for my next challenge!

Just thought I’d pop in with an update on my progress so far in my 9 km swimming challenge — and wow, I’m feeling the BEST!!!

I’ve surprised myself by swimming twice the distance I originally thought I could — so I’ve decided to bump up my challenge to 18 km!
