9 people in Australia die from breast cancer every single day.
This November, Heather and Kira are taking part in Swim For Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease
In 2014, Heather and her family's world stopped when her beautiful Mum and Nanny were diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The diagnosis marked a terrifying chapter, but today, Heather is overwhelmed with gratitude to say they closed that chapter together. Heather's Mum and Nanny are part of the very lucky population to survive this illness, and we are swimming to honour the strength and resilience they showed every single day.
To Rosie and Jane, we are swimming for you.
We will swim 9km each, to represent each person that tragically loses their life to this cruel disease, every day.
