114 Squats a Day. 57 for me and my journey to recovery, and 57 for the daily diagnosed.
In September I was diagnosed with aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer. As I continue to undergo active treatment to becoming cancer free I will be raising funds through March for the ongoing research to help hard find more active treatments for the cure of nasty breast cancers like my own. Cancer treatment is hard and taxing but it's important to stay present and POSITIVE!! 114 squats a day through March.... 57 for the daily number of people diagnosed with breast cancer daily in Australia and then that again for the overall Health, well-being and healing journey I am on for myself.

57 Australians will be diagnosed with breast cancer today and a further 9 will lose their life. We want to make a difference to the lives of those 57 Australians impacted by the disease - that is why we are taking on the 57 Squat Challenge to raise vital funds for world-class breast cancer research.
