I’ve never had someone incredibly close to me go through breast cancer, but I’ve seen the ripple effect it has on so many lives. The stories I’ve heard and the strength, the fear, the loss they stay with you.

As women, our bodies are so deeply tied to how we see ourselves. Our femininity, our confidence, our identity. And the reality that some women have to lose a part of themselves just to survive… that’s something that deserves to be spoken about, not ignored.

Yes, choosing health means choosing life but that doesn’t make the journey any less painful, or the loss any less real.

This year, I refuse to stay silent. I refuse to look away just because it hasn’t directly affected me. Because it is affecting mothers, daughters, sisters, friends. Real women with real lives being turned upside down.

So I’m using my voice. I’m showing up. And I’m raising money to support the women who are fighting, surviving, and rebuilding themselves every single day.
